The gals sit down with Jason Ford, Basileus, and Reginald Box, Vice Basileus, of Nu Chi Chapter, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. East St. Louis, Illinois for a chat. They share how all of the Omega Men guide their lives by four cardinal principles: Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. They also observe a fifth unwritten cardinal principle: Respect for Women. The Fraternity was started in April 10, 1955 by 9 well educated men with like ideals, each wanting to uplift their community by making a difference in their field of endeavor.
