The National Caregivers Conference was created to assist family caregivers when caring for loved ones, and in honor of National Caregivers Month in November, Wellhome hosted the 1st Annual “Empowered Caregivers” Conference. The event was free and recommended for anyone who is caring for an aging or disabled loved one. There was a lot of great information and resources for family caregivers.
