Mannequins on the Loop is an annual event that celebrates recycled and Earth-friendly fashion. It features several artists who have created one-of-a-kind garments that will remain on display in front of area businesses through June 8th. Participants will compete for a $500 grand prize that will be awarded to the design with the best style and message, as awarded by yet-to-be-named judges.
