Lincoln University Program Coordinator Richard A. Cross joins host Jade Harrell to talk about their groundbreaking program, The Academy for Men of Color in Education. The academy introduces young men in high school into the profession of education, and provides them with immersion in a university setting. The academy also hold and annual, week-long Summer Awareness Camp. Male students in grades 9-12 will experience a preview of the Educator Preparation Program and receive a one-of-a-kind college campus experience!
