The Missouri Alliance for Animal Legislation was founded in 1990 to lobby for animal welfare. The 13th Annual Open Your Heart Gala is an opportunity to have a fun time, enjoy great food and drinks, while supporting animal rights. There will also be raffles, silent and live auctions, as well fun activity stations. It takes place on Sunday, February 21st.
