Saint Louis Presents Host, Debbie Monterrey, sits down with the new City of St. Louis Director of Parks, Recreation & Forestry, Greg Hayes, to talk about what the future holds for the department. Hayes, formerly Forestry Commissioner, has served our City for 20 years and brings to the job more than a decade of experience. He replaces Gary Bess, who retired on December 31, 2014.
