Heat Up St. Louis (dot) org has been helping those who are in need stay warm during the cold winter months for 18 years. Their annual “Hardee’s Rise and Shine for Heat” fundraiser is coming up soon and this is great, easy way for the public to help heat a home. Heat Up St. Louis Chair Emeritus, Rev. Earl E.
