A new program is launching this fall and it is designed to make college more accessible to children in the City of St. Louis. College Kids is a children’s savings account program developed by the City of St. Louis Treasurer’s Office. City of St. Louis Treasurer, Tishaura Jones, joins Saint Louis Presents hosts, Debbie Monterrey and Steve Potter, in studio to talk all about it.
