After being cancelled due to inclement weather in January, the 33rd Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Statewide Celebration took place and was better than ever! Carol Daniel emceed the grand celebration, which featured many local dignitaries as well as local performers; the guest speaker was St. Louis native and congresswoman, Maxine Waters.
