Sarah also gives all the details of St. Louis Dishcrawl’s first “Farm to Table” event. It’s a great way to close out the summer harvest season and meet, greet, eat, and learn. Three renowned St. Louis chefs provide a locally-produced feast for the evening alongside the farmers they work with. It takes place at Urban Harvest S-T-L’s downtown community garden and urban farm, located just north of the City Museum. A portion of all proceeds go to help the farm in its efforts to transform underutilized inner city spaces into productive food-based platforms. That includes the FOOD ROOF farm, being built downtown this fall! There’s more to see in the video below.
