More than 130 people die each day from opioid-related drug overdoses, and the numbers are constantly increasing. Missouri Opioid State Targeted Response (STR) and Faith-Based Opioids Awareness’ missions are to increase awareness about the resources available to manage the opioid overdose crisis, specifically in the black community.
