“CEDRIC THE ENTERTAINER,” STREET RENAMING CEREMONY

He is most definitely one of the Original Kings of Comedy, and he was recently crowned with a top honor in his hometown St. Louis during the recent honorary street renaming and unveiling ceremony, “Cedric the Entertainer Way,” which begins at the intersection of North Vandeventer Avenue and runs east down part of Olive Street, honors the award-winning actor, comedian, producer and philanthropist. Cedric “The Entertainer” Kyles was born in Jefferson City and later graduated from Berkeley High School in St. Louis County.
