The SkillUp program is a program meant to engage SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program) recipients in education and training needed to pursue long-term employment in a career pathway that is in demand and provides good wages. In conjunction with SLATE, it offers recipients that chance to gain skills, training and work experience. Missouri Work Assistance Program Manager, Rebecca V.
