Ladies’ Knight: The Female Perspective on Chess, and Kings, Queens & Castles are two innovative exhibitions that have recently opened at The World Chess Hall of Fame. Both utilize the life sized chessboard and pieces as an opportunity to engage the community on gender, race, inequality and other issues. You can see Ladies’ Knight until April 2016, while Kings, Queens & Castles shows in September. STL TV Live host, Arika Parr, sits down with World Chess Hall of Fame Curator, Shannon Bailey, to talk about how the exhibits are engaging the community in social dialogue.
