Saint Louis Presents host, Debbie Monterrey, sits down with Butterfly Dreams Pageants, Inc., Executive Director / Founder, Syndi Sills, affectionately known as Momma Butterfly. By combining her love of pageantry and special needs, she was inspired to create Butterfly Dreams Pageants. They’re also joined by the 2015 Mo Teen Butterfly Dreams Queen, Kelly Fant, to discuss the Missouri Butterfly Dreams Pageant coming up on November 14th at the De Smet Jesuit High School.
