Saint Louis Presents hosts, Debbie Monterrey and Steve Potter, welcome the City of St. Louis Public Safety Director, Colonel Richard Gray, a man who is ultimately in charge of ensuring the City of St. Louis’ well-being as well as the safety of both residents and visitors. For over 25 years he has been committed to public service and was recently inducted into the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice. He shares insight about his role in it all.
