Officer Daryl A. Hall was a St. Louis Police Officer who was tragically killed on April 24, 2011 while responding to a shooting at a St. Louis establishment while off duty. Since his death, a group of his close friends have collaborated to continue his legacy of serving the youth and the community by establishing a scholarship in his honor.
