Heating things up in the kitchen is Chef Pam, of Marco’s Restaurant in the lower level of City Hall. Named after her son, and now her grandson, the Café’s clientele mostly consists of City workers and City Hall employees. They dine on wonderful Soul Food; food straight from the heart. Marco’s serve up fried and baked chicken and hand cut French fries. They also claim to have the best turkey burgers in all of St. Louis. The Café has a warm ambience with a television or music always playing. Marco’s also offers catering, so you can have your chance to try their wonders! Check out the video.
